What Shall I Do With Your Life?

What Shall I Do With Your Life?

The First Thing To Do When You Don’t Know What to Do With Your life

When you don’t know what to do with your life, don’t despair.

Be curious!

There are only a few times in your life that you get to this point. Where you have no idea where you are coming from and where you are going. This period in your life can be seen as  “the white canvas”.

What is possible? What is the desire? What is the purpose? What is the urge?

In this confusion, in this “not knowing”, you are on the verge of the infinite creative power of the universe.

Maybe it does not feel like it. Maybe what rules is the programming and the belief system of our culture and our family saying:

“You should know where to go”.

“You should feel desire clearly of what you want to do”.

“You should use your life because your life is precious and you’re lucky and you’re young or you have that opportunity to start over again in this time of “not knowing what you want to do with your life”

Turn to your Inner Voice

The best and the most empowering thing to do at this time is to turn into your own inner voice.

Before you can use yourself, before you can expand yourself, before you can heal yourself, you first have to hear yourself!  The journey starts with your inner voice: the connection to a higher consciousness or higher awareness of who we are.

That is what you need: the space to be quiet and to listen.

Maybe nothing will happen and if nothing happens, then this is exactly what you need. More nothingness. So if you don’t know what to do with your life,  first acknowledge the magical power of this unknown place and give yourself permission to be in ‘listening mode’, in a receptive mode, and clarity will come.

Take the time to go into a place where nothingness is allowed, a different country, a different culture, a different surrounding, allowing yourself to go in this period saying:

A Q&A Video about what to do with my life“I am in the unknown, and in that, I allow the unknown to be known”

And it will because the swinging pendulum of life is always moving from side to side, from not knowing,  to knowing from non-active, to active, from left to right, from light to dark, from sunshine to moonlight, from extrovert to introvert. And this unknown space holds and infinite creative power for you to get in contact with the rest of your inner kingdom.

Think about your physical life, in this personality, as the room you live in since you were born.

Start to explore the other rooms in the house you’re in and discover that it’s a magnificent castle! Start with realizing that we don’t know.

“I don’t know what to do with the rest of my life. I don’t know what I want. I don’t know if it’s right for me. I don’t know.”

When you say, I don’t know, notice your feeling, are you feeling shame? Or are you feeling excited? Are you feeling inferior or are you feeling expansive?

I don’t know. I don’t know!

It can be a powerful way BE.

Have faith

It will change because change is the only thing that is guaranteed. But in the present moment, if you don’t know, breathe and go to a place where you can give yourself space to ‘not know’ for as long as possible.

Because the further the pendulum swings, the further it will swing to the other side.

It requires a bit of faith, a bit of imagination, and a lot of allowing. Allowing your inner kingdom, inner world, inner voice, inner helpers, inner knowledge AND inner wisdom to come out to talk to you.  To share with you, to project images in your head and to project sensations, awakening parts of your body, parts of your soul that were sleeping.

This is the beginning of a great journey, so be grateful when you don’t know!

I started to sing in my crib and perform to audiences since I was 9 years old. I absolutely can’t stop writing, composing, singing, creating, painting and dancing. Self-expression is my lifeline to happiness and I used joy my whole life to bring that to people in my family, my village and every community I ever joined. In my 20’s I built an entertainment business built on those principles. Then I had a crisis. That brought me the shadow world and depth of life and I started investigating: How do we stay happy? I entered the world of healing, shamanism, Kabbalah, sound healing and other eastern and western methods. I had teachers from all around the world and I started to give women circles, workshops and healing sessions. My method of working with the voice as the main tool for self-discovery and self-expression grew to be the central philosophy of creating everything. I identified 36 ways women hide their power and I am passionate about changing that. I am in awe of the power we have in our body, our mind voice and heart and I teach, preach and sing about it in any way I can. I now act as a transformational midwife for people who are ready to take a supported journey to change and happiness and I create tools, like the Sound Journey to aid people like you to hear YOUR own inner voice.
